Processing Time

3–7 DaysTotal delivery is typically 3–7 business days. West coast orders arrive faster — we ship out of California.

Every item is made to order. We print in-house using DTF (Direct to Film) — which means your shirt is printed after you place your order, not before. Processing takes 1–2 business days before anything ships. We’re based in California, so if you’re on the west coast you’ll see it faster. Plan accordingly, especially around holidays.
How to Track Your Shipment

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to your shipment status.

2Check Your Account
Log into your Grithouse account at grithouse.store/my-account — your order history and tracking links are all there.

3Still Nothing?
If it’s been more than 5 business days since you ordered and you haven’t received a shipping confirmation, reach out at grithouse.store/contact. We’ll sort it out.
Shipping FAQ

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us immediately at grithouse.store/contact. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it. Once it’s out the door, we can’t make changes.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is on the roadmap — stay tuned.

My tracking says delivered but I didn’t get it.
Check with neighbors and around your property first — carriers sometimes leave packages in odd spots. If nothing turns up within 24 hours, contact us and we’ll file a claim and get it resolved.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
No. We offer one shipping rate — $5.99 flat, anywhere in the US. Orders over $65 ship free. We don’t offer expedited options at this time.

What carrier do you use?
We ship via USPS and UPS depending on the method selected and your location. Your tracking email will confirm which carrier has your package.
