Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, creating an account, or using any part of grithouse.store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental or guardian consent), that you have read and understood these terms, and that you agree to be bound by them.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including after confirmation, for reasons including but not limited to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

Payment is charged at the time you place your order — not at the time of shipment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We print to order using DTF (Direct to Film) — your item is produced after you place your order. Because of this, we cannot guarantee availability of any specific design indefinitely.

We make every effort to display product colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will accurately reflect the actual product. Slight variations in print placement of less than half an inch are within normal production range and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time without notice.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States only. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via standard carriers. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days total. We ship from California — West Coast orders generally arrive faster.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control. For full shipping details, see our Shipping & Tracking page.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Because every item is printed to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing preferences. We do accept exchanges or provide replacements for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. For full details, see our Returns & Exchanges page.

Intellectual Property

All content on grithouse.store — including but not limited to the Grithouse name, logo, “Built by Dirt” tagline, product designs, graphics, photographs, text, and website code — is the exclusive property of Grithouse and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without our express written permission. Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-commercial license to wear and use that product — it does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

User Conduct

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of Grithouse or any third party
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form or order
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the site without permission
• Resell or redistribute Grithouse products without written authorization
• Use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation

We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these terms.

Privacy Policy

Your use of grithouse.store is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By using the site, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

Third-Party Links

Our site may contain links to third-party websites including payment processors, social media platforms, and other services. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing those links is at your own risk.

Disclaimers

grithouse.store and all products and content available through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, or current.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grithouse and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the site or any products purchased through it.

In no event shall our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the site exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Grithouse and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in connection with your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.

Wholesale & Dealer Accounts

Authorized dealer and wholesale arrangements are subject to separate written agreements between Grithouse and the dealer. Nothing in these general Terms of Service constitutes an offer of wholesale pricing or dealer authorization. Unauthorized resale of Grithouse products is prohibited without written consent.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement. These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Grithouse regarding your use of the site and supersede all prior agreements.

Severability. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
