How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after that, so total delivery is usually 3–7 business days.

We ship from California — West Coast orders arrive faster. See our Shipping & Tracking page for full details.

How much does shipping cost?

Flat rate $5.99 anywhere in the US. Free shipping on orders $65 or more — no code needed.

New customers get free shipping on their first order after signing up.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We ship within the United States only.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. Check your spam folder if you didn’t receive it.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us immediately after placing your order. We process orders within 1–2 business days and we’ll do our best — but we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do?

Contact us right away at hello@grithouse.store. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address. Once it ships, we cannot redirect the package.

When will my card be charged?

Your card is charged at the time you place your order — not when it ships. If your order is cancelled or refunded, the charge will be reversed within 3–5 business days depending on your bank.

My order says “processing” — is something wrong?

No. “Processing” means your order has been received and is being printed. We process orders within 1–2 business days. You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as it leaves our shop.

If it’s been more than 3 business days and you haven’t heard anything, reach out at hello@grithouse.store.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover — as well as PayPal. Additional options may be available at checkout.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders, view order history, and check out faster next time — but it’s not required.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We only accept exchanges for items that arrive defective or if you received the wrong item.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

Email hello@grithouse.store within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll get it sorted.

I received the wrong item. What do I do?

Email us with your order number and a photo of what you received. We’ll send you the correct item right away.

04 — Products & Sizing

What brand of shirt do you use?

All Grithouse tees are printed on the District DT6000 — an oversized fit, soft ring spun cotton tee available in sizes XS–4XL.

How do I find my size?

Check our Product & Sizing page for the full size chart and fit guide.

These tees run oversized — if you’re between sizes, size down.

Will the print crack or fade over time?

No. All Grithouse tees are printed using DTF (Direct to Film) — a printing method that bonds ink directly into the fabric fibers. DTF prints are highly durable, wash-resistant, and flexible. They won’t crack, peel, or fade with normal wear and washing.

To keep it looking sharp longest: wash cold inside out, tumble dry low, and don’t iron directly on the graphic.

Do you restock sold-out items?

It depends on the design. Since everything is printed to order, most styles can be restocked. Limited drop designs may not come back once they’re gone. If something you want is out of stock, email us at hello@grithouse.store and we’ll let you know its status.

How do I care for my Grithouse gear?

Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Do not iron directly on the graphic.
