All orders ship within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery Timeframe

After your order ships, estimated delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your location. We ship from California, so West Coast orders tend to arrive faster.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use that number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. If you didn’t receive a tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, wait 24 hours — sometimes carriers scan packages early. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us at hello@grithouse.store and we’ll look into it.

Wrong Address

Double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you catch a mistake right after ordering, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to correct it before it ships.
